Program Announcement: Following up from our celebration of Career Development month last November, we now turn our attention to a great career assessment developed by Mark Savickas: The Career Construction Inventory
Learning Objectives: Session participants will have the opportunity to:
- Understand how the CCI assessment works
- Witness a demonstration of some features of the CCI and how it is used.
- Understand how to explore the tool in practice and resource for learning more.
David Harris, MTS, MS. currently serves as the President-elect for GCDA, having previously served as the President in 2008-9. He brings over thirty years of professional management experience in large organizations along with his training and experience in career counseling and has used the CCI in his practice for over five years.
Joe Cross, LCSW works with individuals and couples in his private practice at Rock Springs Positive Coaching, Caring, and Counseling, Inc. He has currently used the CCI in his practice for the past few years and finds it extremely useful.
