Jill received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and her Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University in Atlanta, GA.
She began working in Career Services at Southern Polytechnic State University in 2006 and was promoted to Associate Director. In January 2013, she was selected to participate in NAFSA’s International Academy, a year-long training in international education with focus areas in education/work abroad and international student services. After the merger in 2015 between SPSU and KSU, she became the Program Manager for Diverse and International Career Initiatives.
In her current role, as a Case Manager and Career Coach for HomeStretch, she provides extensive case management for client families guiding them along the path to better employment opportunities and permanent housing as well as financial and family stability. Additionally, she is enrolled in the Financial Social Work Certification which provides families with a psychosocial, strengths-based behavioral approach to money management.
